📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for our business-critical applications, databases, and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Document and maintain comprehensive IT support documentation.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement system improvements.
• Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to enhance support services.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
• Experience with SQL databases and scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
