📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes to meet the restaurant's standards and customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in good working condition.,Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues.,Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, and be willing to learn and adapt to new methods.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that all ingredients are used efficiently and according to recipe specifications.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members, ensuring they understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
