📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales territory, identifying and pursuing new retail opportunities.
• Visit and call on potential retail clients, presenting our products and services and negotiating deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key decision-makers.
• Monitor sales performance, providing regular reports and forecasts to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services in the field.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, using this information to inform your sales strategy.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team events.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
