📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure that all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, such as fuel efficiency and vehicle downtime.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.,Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of fleet activities with overall business operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
