📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
