HSE (K3) Project Specialist

Every day, you will work closely with project managers and teams to identify potential hazards, develop safety plans, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Using tools like Microsoft Project and SAP, you will track safety performance metrics and report findings to senior management. This role is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of experience in HSE (K3) within the construction industry, holding a relevant certification such as SHEA (Safety, Health, and Environment Assurance) or equivalent.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety plans and procedures for construction projects.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Provide safety training and orientation to project teams and contractors.
• Monitor and track safety performance metrics using Microsoft Project and SAP.
• Ensure compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to promote a strong safety culture.
• Prepare and present regular safety reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE (K3) within the construction industry.
• Certification in SHEA (Safety, Health, and Environment Assurance) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
