📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial reports.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
