As an Operations Manager at Mitra Angkutan Sejati, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our mining operations. You will work closely with our team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure that our operations run efficiently and safely. Your daily tasks will include monitoring production levels, managing equipment and machinery, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that align with our company’s goals and objectives.

• Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of mining operations, including resource extraction, transportation, and distribution.
• Monitor production levels and implement strategies to improve output and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Manage equipment and machinery, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the mining or natural resources sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operational workflows.
• Strong knowledge of mining equipment, machinery, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certifications in health, safety, and environmental management (e.g., OSH, ISO 14001) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and industry standards.
