📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
• Monitoring and analyzing procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Providing procurement support to the senior management team.
• Representing the company in supplier negotiations and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in supplier management and contract negotiation.
• Proven track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
