Sumber Lestari Cafe & Coffee is looking for a Senior Training Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our staff are well-trained and equipped to deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and development, and a commitment to our company's values.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our staff. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and deliver training programs for our staff.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs.
  • Make recommendations for improvement in our training programs.
  • Ensure that our staff are well-trained and equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Provide feedback to staff on their performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure that our training programs align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that our training programs are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training and development role.
  • Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
