As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our business, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and managed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews with staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that branch operations align with company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.,Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for business use.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work well in a fast-paced and demanding environment.Experience with POS systems and other hospitality software.Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Experience with team building and conflict resolution.Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in CianjurJawa Barat.
