📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet production targets.,Assist in stock control and inventory management.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in shift rotations and be available for overtime when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Valid food handling certificate.
