📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Supervise and mentor store staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.,Monitor store inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive store environment.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a hybrid or online retail environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and mentor staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle store challenges.,Proficiency in using retail management software and other relevant tools.,Understanding of e-commerce and online retail trends and best practices.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
