📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Managing the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Preparing and analyzing financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Leading and mentoring the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.,Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
