📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for the hospital.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment.,Participate in budget planning and cost control activities.,Provide procurement support to other healthcare facilities within the network, if applicable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Knowledge of healthcare procurement and supply chain management is a plus.
