📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.,Documenting patient records accurately and maintaining confidentiality.,Performing routine tasks such as changing bed linens, assisting with meals, and helping patients with mobility.,Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.,Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.,Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting.,Valid nursing license and certification as required by the Indonesian healthcare regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
