📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.,Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the store is operating within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving store performance.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
