FCL International Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in the beautiful Bali region. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive the growth of our business in Bali. This is a full-time position located in one of the following areas: Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the tourism and hospitality industry in Bali.
We offer a competitive salary of IDR 5,000,000 - 5,500,000, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.

Tanggung Jawab:
Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners in the tourism and hospitality industry.Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and providing regular reports to management.Conducting market research and identifying new opportunities for business growth.Providing coaching and training to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Bali.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.🛠️ Keahlian
