📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate blasting operations to ensure safety and efficiency.,Develop and implement blasting plans and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate blasting performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Train and mentor junior blasting specialists.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of blasting operations.,Maintain and update blasting equipment and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in blasting operations.,Strong knowledge of blasting techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.,Familiarity with mining regulations and safety standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language.
