PT Maha Giri is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Managing fuel and maintenance costs, and negotiating contracts with suppliers.,Monitoring vehicle performance and addressing any issues that arise.,Coordinating with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe fleet operations.,Preparing and maintaining comprehensive fleet reports and documentation.,Implementing and monitoring fleet management software and systems.,Providing training and support to drivers and other fleet staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
