📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus, ensuring consistency and quality.,Oversee the preparation of dishes, including cooking, grilling, and baking, to meet high standards.,Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.,Ensure all dishes are presented to the highest standards, meeting customer expectations.,Participate in menu development and cost control initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to enhance the dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with international cuisines and techniques.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.
