📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with developers to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency and quality.,Assist in the development of user stories and use cases.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and internal teams with technical queries.,Participate in product development meetings and contribute to technical discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
