📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis and design training programs based on identified needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to integrate training programs into the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends to ensure our programs are relevant and effective.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training instructors and facilitators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
