📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage a team of retail associates, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, order restocks, and manage returns and exchanges.
• Drive sales performance by implementing promotional strategies and achieving sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the home goods or electronics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail stores and driving sales performance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop retail associates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with retail management software, such as POS systems, inventory management tools, and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of retail metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
