📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record crop growth and development using tools such as GPS and mobile apps.
• Conduct soil tests and analyze results to determine nutrient requirements and pH balance.
• Develop and implement agronomic plans, including planting schedules, irrigation systems, and pest control measures.
• Train and supervise field workers on best practices in agricultural management.
• Collaborate with the agronomy team to identify and address challenges in crop production.
• Participate in data collection and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all agronomic activities and communicate findings to the team.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in agricultural technology and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agronomy or agricultural fieldwork.
• Familiarity with agricultural software such as CropX, FarmLogs, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bangka Belitung.
