📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage high-impact development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with technical teams, local stakeholders, and government agencies to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status to senior management.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the development team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, government agencies, and international partners.
• Represent Island Strategic Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as development studies, economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in development consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian development policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is a plus.
• Experience working with local stakeholders, government agencies, and international partners.
• Familiarity with development tools and software, such as GIS, ArcGIS, and QGIS.
