📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of production associates, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Oversee the assembly line, monitoring production output and quality to meet company targets.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Identify and address production bottlenecks, working with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Train and develop production associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure that production processes align with product specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations, with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly line operations, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software such as SAP, ERP, or similar systems.
• Certification in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO, OSHA, or other relevant certifications.
