📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage stock levels and implement reordering systems to maintain optimal inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Implement and monitor inventory control software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in inventory control software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
