• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in demand planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SAP, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Certification in Demand Planning (e.g., APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management - CPIM) is a plus.
