As a Culinary Specialist for the MBG Program, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious, healthy, and balanced meals that support the physical and mental well-being of our participants. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and prepare nutritious and balanced meals according to the MBG Program's guidelines.,Ensure high-quality food presentation and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Collaborate with the program director and nutritionist to develop and implement meal plans.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff on culinary techniques and food safety.,Maintain accurate records of food inventory, usage, and waste.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the MBG Program.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Professional Chef in a similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Experience in developing and implementing meal plans for specific health and wellness programs.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid food handler's license and certification in food safety and hygiene.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
