As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked, stored, and distributed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and recorded using warehouse management systems.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and safe operations.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is a plus.
