You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the retail industry and your experience in managing high-performing teams to ensure that our stores in Medan are not only profitable but also provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Lead and manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional management team.
• Collaborate with the regional marketing team to develop and execute store-specific marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics or technology industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using retail management software, such as Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in the electronics and technology industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
