Desktop Support Engineer - Bali (Canggu/Ubud/Denpasar)

TechTiera is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Bali. As a key member of our technical support staff, you will ensure seamless operation of desktop systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and provide top-notch support to our employees. In this role, you'll work closely with our team to maintain and optimize our desktop infrastructure, using tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Microsoft Intune.

Our team is based in Canggu, with occasional travel to Ubud, Denpasar, and other locations in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktop hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, including Windows and macOS
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including printers, scanners, and peripherals
• Document and track support tickets using ServiceNow and Zendesk
• Assist with the deployment and management of Microsoft Intune for mobile device management
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain desktop infrastructure
• Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring
• Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, and Zendesk is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a plus
• Valid IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) is a plus
